This plane is the workhorse in our cheese utensil collection. It has plenty of style to make it stand apart from your everyday utensils, but you will happily use this for regular meal prep. We start with a flexible high quality stainless steel cheese plane blade, then weld on our cold forged handle with signature hammered leaf. The entire plane is then buffed to a high polish. Measuring approximately 10 3/4″ long, this piece is dish-washer safe and ready to use.
